Rental Application

If you would like to lease a space please fill out and submit the online application. We will review your application and email an invoice with the prorated first month's rent and the $20 application fee. Upon payment of invoice we will prepare the lease, and contact you to schedule a time for you to come by and sign the lease at which point we will provide you with a gate code and space #. The next invoice you will receive will be for the full amount on the 1st of the month. Paying that invoice will enroll you in automatic billing that will collect on the 1st of every month until you cancel.
